Atlanta officer shot and killed over marijuana.
Robert Clark III, who was in the car with Williams, was shot in arm during what witnesses described as a hail of gunfire. Clark, 39, was taken to Grady for treatment, questioned by police and later charged with possession of marijuana. He was also wanted on an outstanding warrant, Quigley said.
