"I surrendered. Police officer put me down, I laid there and the dog started sniffing me. I looked out the corner of my eye and the dog bit me on the ear and started biting me on my head," he said.

Jones says the dog then attacked his shoulder, and officers allowed that to go on for at least a minute. Officers arrested Jones for trespassing, and he admits he was wrong leaving Alabama State after 2 a.m.

"But there wasn't no reason to sic the dog on me," Jones said.
