Wayne County man to serve prison time in tattoo-for-sex deal

HONESDALE — A Berlin Township man will spend nine months to two years in a state prison for agreeing to pierce the nipples of a 16-year-old girl in exchange for sex in August.
Robert Scott Shaffer, 37, pleaded guilty to one count each of corruption of minors and tattooing of a minor without parental consent, both misdemeanors. Wayne County President Judge Robert J. Conway sentenced him late last week.
