Report: Alabama's prison overcrowding, funding worst in South

A new report from the Southern Legislative Conference says Alabama's prisons are the worst in the South.
Alabama Department of Corrections spokesman Brian Corbett disputes the report, saying the findings were based on incorrect numbers and that the actual situation is much worse.
