Prisoner dies after being hit with Taser

TOLEDO - An inmate at the Lucas County jail died after being jolted by a stun gun, the second time the man had been jolted in a few hours, authorities said.
Jail officers used a Taser gun to subdue Jeffrey Turner, 41, after he banged repeatedly on a security window of a first floor cell Monday night, said Rick Keller, a jail administrator.
Toledo police earlier used a Taser to subdue the man when he was arrested on charges of loitering, resisting arrest and obstructing official business, Keller said. Toledo police referred questions to the county.
Apparently loitering can get you the death penalty in Toledo.
