It's based on a study of those hoping to be designated as "medical"
in accordance with California's much misunderstood law.

Loretta Nall needs to post a Petition that voters of Alabama can download and sign and send to her. Loretta Nall needs to run for Governor as an Independent candidate if it is true that under the Code of Alabama, Title 17 Elections, Section 17-16-2 a "political party" is defined as 20% of the voters. Since the U.S. Marijuana Party is not established that way, shouldn't Loretta Nall run as an Independent candidate for Governor? An Independent candidate for Governor, under Code of Alabama, Title 17 Elections, Section 17-7-1-(a)(3) must have a petition with the number of qualified electors signing the petition to equal or exceed 3% of the qualified electors.
