Both the Report and the Approved Resolution are refreshing proof that some very intelligent, emotionally balanced, objective people are working on a new "sane and humane" approach to the drug issue in this country.
People like poor "James" over on the "Marijuana Treatment" topic need to carefully read, digest and assimilate every page of both of these papers.
Our politicians need to adopt the "Approved Resolution" or something very similar to it ASAP!!
