A father and son who work as guards at an upstate prison for women both face charges stemming from the son's alleged sexual contact with an 18-year-old inmate.
State police say 33-year-old Aaron Sklener of Akron is charged with sexual abuse and official misconduct. His father – James Sklener of Corfu -- is charged with intimidating a victim and official misconduct. Authorities say the father threatened the woman if she cooperated with investigators. Both men work as corrections officers at Albion Correctional Facility in Orleans County. Aaron Sklener has been a guard for six years, his father for nearly 20.
