Associated Press

YORK, S.C. - A former high-ranking Rock Hill police officer was arrested Monday after a grand jury indicted him on charges of beating three men while on duty, the State Law Enforcement Division said.

The department also sent five other cases involving Williams for investigation by SLED. All the cases involved black men. Williams is white.
